1. “No Return” Policy
Unlike physical goods, digital products (such as Reel Bundles, Canva Templates, Courses, and Databases) cannot be physically returned once they have been downloaded or accessed. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the purchase is complete.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided after a product has been purchased. However, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion under the following conditions:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice in two separate transactions.
Technical Defect: If the digital file is corrupted or has a major technical defect that prevents it from being used, and our technical team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.
Product Not as Described: If the product delivered is fundamentally different from what was shown on the product page.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:
You “no longer want” or “don’t like” the product after downloading it.
You do not have the technical software required to use the files (e.g., not having a Canva account or a ZIP file extractor), as these requirements are listed on our product pages.
You found the same product elsewhere for a lower price.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation meets the criteria for a refund (such as a duplicate purchase), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, Credit Card, or Bank Account) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Why this policy is important for you:
Payment Gateways: Services like Razorpay or Stripe often require a clear Refund Policy to approve your account.
Clarity: It prevents customers from buying your “Viral AI Reel Bundle,” downloading it, and then asking for a refund.
